From Settings

1. Go to your Facebook page.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click "People and other pages"
4. Click the box beside to the profile.
5. Choose "Ban from page".

From a post you were mentioned in

1. Click "Posts" on the sidebar below the Profile Picture.
2. Click the "Visiter Posts"
3. Find the post.
4. Click the three dots icon.
5. Choose "Ban From Page"

From your Page's Inbox

1. Click "Inbox" beside "Page".
2. Find the bad message.
3. Click the three dots icon.
4. Click "Ban From Page".
